Bump & Grind Fights Their Way to the Top

"Bump & Grind" is our Sunday Volleyball League winner after a great championship run this past Sunday. They ended the regular season as the #2 team, putting themselves in great position to try and win it all.

In their first game of the night our eventual champs took on "Notorious D.I.G". "Bump & Grind" was able to quickly dispatch of their opponent with a 2-0 win, much like their 3-0 over them in the regular season.

On the other side of the bracket "50 Fockin' Sets of Gray" was taken to a third set by the #4 seed "The Regulators". But, staying true to their top seed form, were able to secure their spot in the final round.

With that the championship game came down to "Bump & Grind" and "50 Fockin Sets of Gray" who had met twice before. The season series ended in a 1-1 tie with each team beating the other by the score of 3-0. How would the third meeting of the season go between the two sides?

In the championship game it was "Bump & Grind" who was strong from start to finish and claimed the top spot in the league. It was another convincing 2-0 win, making them 2-0 on the night and winning four straight sets. Congratulations to them on winning the league, and we look forward to seeing them defend their title next season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
