Don't Call It a Comeback!

It was a thrilling night of games in our Monday Cornhole playoffs, and things got off to an intense start right away when "Team Caselli" faced off against the hard-to-beat "Amaizing Gentlemen." It was a close game that went down to the wire, but the 'Casellis' fell to the 'Gentlemen' with a score of 3-2.

On the other board the undefeated "Do You Watch Corn?" made quick work of their underdog opponents, "Pirates of the Cornibbean." It's always tough to beat an undefeated team, and in this game it ended in a 3-0 sweep!

After their wins the "Amaizing Gentlemen" and "Do You Watch Corn?" faced off in the finals and they fought hard. Both teams threw amazingly well. The 'Gentlemen' made four in the hole to close out the first game. The second game came quickly after.

After a roster change, the 'Corn Watchers' found their groove and came back to tie the series 2-2, making for a suspenseful 5th game.

In the final game the teams were tied at 18s in the last round of the final game. All the 'Gentlemen' had to do was sink one in the hole to keep it going, but "Do You Watch Corn?" came out on top instead!

"Corn"gratulations to our top team this season, especially after the incredible comeback to be crowned the league champs!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
