  Quit Your Pitching

Still the Best

"Quit Your Pitching" is our Monday Softball champion, knocking out "We've Got the Runs" in a strong defensive effort. As the top teams through the regular season the two were destined to meet in the final, but it almost didn't happen thanks to a couple of close games in the semi-finals.

Both "Quit Your Pitching" and "We've Got the Runs" found themselves in dogfights in round one, each narrowly escaping defeat in one-run games. But, as both had done all season, they won when it counted and were on to the championship.

In that championship game it was "Quit Your Pitching" who would prevail, blanking "We've Got the Runs" after a 12-run output just the game prior. Our champs would pick of 5 runs of their own, more than enough to secure yet another championship. Congratulations to them on their continued dominance, as they have yet to meet a team that can match tem on Monday nights!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
