So you actually want to get in shape? Are you sure? If you really want to go that route, let Innovative Strength & Conditioning, led by Toraino Singleton, Sacramento's best personal trainer, show you how to get the body you want in less time than you ever thought possible. Toraino's team members are fantastic trainers and will help motivate you to get and stay in shape.


ISC’s High Performance


Train like an athlete in 60-action packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Motivating coaches and music will take you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, some dumbbells, a towel and the turf - all to challenge you like never before. REACH YOUR PEAK with ISC High Performance group classes!


The session is $119 for 2x per week for 6 weeks, Tue/Thu at 5am, 6am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm (you'll register for one time slot for the whole session). Includes guided nutrition, accountability, and motivation!
