*ROCKLIN* Volleyball - Fridays: Women's Intermediate (Fall '25)

The top four teams out of six wrapped up the Friday Night Women’s Volleyball season with an exciting playoff night that delivered rematches, momentum swings, and a championship that went the full three sets. Block Party came in as the #1 seed, following a great season run, where they won 8 of their 10 games.

In the semifinals, Block Party looked every bit like the top seed as they took down Kiss My Ace in straight sets behind a steady offensive performance. Taisa P earned Player of the Game for her consistency and control at the net. On the other side of the bracket, Pass and Hitties continued their late-season surge by defeating Oops!…I Hit It Again 2–0. Their defense kept rallies alive all match long, and Lovisa M walked away with Player of the Game honors.

That set up a familiar championship matchup between Block Party and Pass and Hitties—two teams that met several times during the season and always produced competitive battles. The finals were no exception. Block Party took the opening set 21–13, but Pass and Hitties responded with the exact same score in set two, swinging the momentum and setting the stage for a dramatic finish. The final set stayed tight until the very end, but Block Party managed to pull ahead late and win 21–17 to secure the title. Nadia N was named Player of the Game for her clutch playmaking in the deciding moments.

Block Party capped off their season with a well-earned championship, closing out a night filled with great volleyball, competitive rematches, and standout performances across the board. Let me know if you want title options or a more hype version!
