Our Tuesday night sand volleyball playoffs brought the heat — and some familiar rivalries — as the top four teams battled it out for the championship title!
In the semifinals, #1 Resting Beach Face showed why they earned the top seed, sweeping #4 Sandy Bums 2–0. On the other side of the bracket, #2 Volley Stealers shut down #3 Beach Babes with a strong 2–0 performance of their own.
That set up a highly anticipated rematch in the finals between the top two teams, and it did not disappoint. Volley Stealers and Resting Beach Face had already met twice during the regular season — Volley Stealers took the win 2–1 in Week 1, but Resting Beach Face got their revenge in Week 6, also winning 2–1. With both teams bringing serious energy and one win apiece, it all came down to this final showdown.
In the end, Volley Stealers came out on top when it mattered most, taking the finals 2–1 and securing the championship title! 💪🏆
