“Hits Happen” are the Sunday Softball Champions of the Spring ‘24 season, after defeating “Morale is High” 7-1!
It was the playoffs for Sunday Softball last night and it did not disappoint! “Hits Happen” and “Morale is High” made it to the championship and everyone was expecting a competitive game! The first inning started out with “Hits Happen” scoring a couple runs and not allowing “Morale is High” to get anything going offensively. “Hits Happen” have been impressive on the offensive end all season long but it was their defense that gave them an edge in the championship. Their offense started to heat up in the 4th and the 5th inning scoring a few more runs to give them a 7-1 lead going into the last inning. “Morale is High” was able to string together a couple hits in the last inning but “Hits Happen” held them off and won the championship!
Congratulations to “Hits Happen” on becoming the Sunday Softball Champions of the Spring ‘24 season!
