Cornhole - Tuesdays (Spring '25)

The playoffs brought intensity and excitement to the Tuesday Cornhole League, with the top 6 teams battling it out for the championship title. With 15 teams in the league, only the top six earned a spot in the postseason, and the top two seeds were rewarded with a first-round bye.

In the quarterfinals, 4th seed Gone Fishin’ 🎣 faced off against 5th seed LAST BAG STANDING. Gone Fishin’ came out strong and swept the series 3-0, proving they were a force to be reckoned with. Meanwhile, 3rd seed Skibbity Ohio Rizzlers matched up against 6th seed Just Baggin and took care of business with a solid 3-1 victory. Both middle seeds advanced to the next round with confidence.

The semifinals brought the first big upset of the night. Top seed To The Moon took the court against the red-hot Gone Fishin’ 🎣, but the underdogs weren’t intimidated. Gone Fishin’ pulled off a dominant 3-0 sweep to punch their ticket to the finals. On the other side, 2nd seed Game Of Throws battled against Skibbity Ohio Rizzlers. Despite Game Of Throws' strong regular season, Skibbity delivered a clutch performance and secured a 3-1 win to earn their own spot in the championship match.

The final showdown between 4th seed Gone Fishin’ 🎣 and 3rd seed Skibbity Ohio Rizzlers did not disappoint. It was a tight, hard-fought series that went all the way to Game 5. With back-to-back washes adding suspense late in the match, both teams showed serious resilience. Ultimately, Gone Fishin’ 🎣 held on and clinched the title with a thrilling 3-2 victory.

Congratulations to Gone Fishin’ 🎣—your Tuesday Night Cornhole Champions! From 4th seed to champions, they knocked out the 5th, 1st, and 3rd seeds in a row to claim the crown. It was a gritty, well-earned run that capped off an amazing season.
