“Here for the Beer” are the Thursday Cornhole Champions of the Summer ‘22 Season, after defeating “Corn Air” 3-2!
It was the playoffs for Thursday Cornhole last night, and it did not disappoint! “Here for the Beer” played “Corn Air” in the championship and it was a match to remember. Both teams came out on fire and could not miss the board. Each game came down to the wire, and it was unbelievable to watch. The championship was tied at two games a piece and It all came down to the fifth and final game. “Here for the Beer” took an early lead in the final game, but “Corn Air” came right back and tied it up. No one knew who was going to take home the championship. “Here for the Beer” was able to pull away at the very end and win the fifth game to claim the championship!
Congratulations to “Here for the Beer” on becoming the Thursday Cornhole Champions and winners of $50 to Tower Brewing!
