“Lucky Rolls” are the Monday Sand Volleyball Champions of the Spring ‘23 Season, after defeating “Setting Duckies” 2-1!

“Lucky Rolls” came into the playoffs as the #1 seed and as the heavy favorite to take home the title, but they had to defeat a very formidable “Setting Duckies” team before they could be crowned the champions! “Lucky Rolls” came out on fire in the first set, and did not allow “Setting Duckies” to get anything going. “Lucky Rolls” dominated the first game with great serves and amazing team work. They were able to win the first set 21-6 and it looked like they were unstoppable, but “Setting Duckies” were not going down without a fight. “Setting Duckies” came right back in the second set and performed bump, set and spike to perfection. They were able to claim victory in the second match and forced a third set. The third and final set started off very close, but “Lucky Rolls” were too hot to handle. They took the lead early in the final match and they never looked back from there. “Lucky Rolls” won the third set 21-8 and became the champions of volleyball!
