âGoofy Goobersâ came into the playoffs as the #1 seed and as the heavy favorite to take home the title but they had to defeat a very formidable âSix Chicksâ team before they could be crowned the champions! âGoofy Goobersâ came out on fire in the first set and did not allow âSix Chicksâ to get anything going. âGoofy Goobersâ won the first game 21-15 because of their impressive serves and amazing team work. âGoofy Goobersâ also took an early lead in the second match and they never looked back from there. âGoofy Goobersâ won the second set 21-19 and became the champions of Wednesday Intermediate Volleyball by performing bump, set and spike to perfection!
