“Volley Girlz 💅🏽” are the Thursday Volleyball Champions of the Spring ‘24 Season, after defeating “Team Avatar” 2-0!
“Volley Girlz 💅🏽” entered the championship winning their last 7 games and were confident that their streak wouldn’t end, but “Team Avatar” was the last team standing in their way of becoming the champions of Thursday volleyball! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. However, “Volley Girlz 💅🏽” was able to come together and force “Team Avatar” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-14. “Volley Girlz 💅🏽” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Team Avatar” played their hearts out but “Volley Girlz 💅🏽” was too hot to handle. “Volley Girlz 💅🏽” went on to win the second match 21-9 and was able to finish the season as the champions of Thursday volleyball!
