“Daddy Chill” are the Tuesday Volleyball Champions of the Late Spring ‘24 Season, after defeating “Volleycule” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Tuesday volleyball last night and it did not disappoint! After two very hard fought semifinal matches, the championship was finally set. “Daddy Chill” and “Volleycule” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament and no one knew who was going to take home the title! “Daddy Chill” jumped out of the gates on fire in the first game and won 21-14. It looked like “Daddy Chill” was going to be crowned the champions after the second game but “Volleycule” had other ideas for game two. “Volleycule” changed up their game plan and were able to win the second set 22-20 with their amazing teamwork! It was tied up after two games between these two heavy weights and it all came down to the third and final game. “Daddy Chill” took an early lead in the third set with some incredible serves but “Volleycule” came right back with some impressive rallies of their own. “Daddy Chill” was able to find a groove late in the third game and won 21-19 to become the champions of Tuesday Volleyball!
