“Big Dill” are the Thursday Intermediate Pickleball Champions of the Summer ‘24 Season, after defeating “Team Q” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Thursday Pickleballl last night and everyone was excited to see who would win it all! “Big Dill” and “Team Q” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament and no one knew who was going to walk away as the champions of Thursday Pickleball! “Big Dill” came out looking like they were playing in the US Open and dominated the first game taking an early lead in the championship. It looked like nothing could stop “Big Dill” from being crowned the champions but “Team Q” were not going down without a fight. “Team Q” changed up their game plan and were able to take the lead in the second match with amazing returns and great teamwork! “Team Q” had the lead for a good portion of the game but “Big Dill” came right back with some impressive rallies of their own and took the lead late in the second game.“Big Dill” was able to find a groove late in the second match and won the game and became the champions of Thursday Intermediate Pickleball!
