“Sneaky bs” are the Thursday Volleyball Champions of the Fall ‘24 Season, after defeating “Calm your tips” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Thursday volleyball last night and it did not disappoint! After two very hard fought semifinal matches, the championship was finally set. “Sneaky bs” and “Calm your tips” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament and no one knew who was going to take home the title! “Calm your tips” jumped out of the gates on fire in the first game and won 21-17. It looked like “Calm your tips” were going to be crowned the champions after the second game but “Sneaky bs” had other ideas for game two. “Sneaky bs” changed up their game plan and was able to win the second set 21-12 with their amazing teamwork! It was tied up after two games between these two heavy weights and it all came down to the third and final game. “Sneaky bs” took an early lead in the third set with some incredible serves but “Calm your tips” came right back with some impressive rallies of their own. “Sneaky bs” was able to find a groove late in the third game and won 21-9 to become the champions of Thursday Volleyball!
