“Bing Bong” are the Monday Volleyball Champions of the Late Fall ‘24 Season, after defeating “Set It Off” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Monday volleyball last night and it did not disappoint! After two very hard fought semifinal matches, the championship was finally set. “Bing Bong” and “Set It Off” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament and no one knew who was going to take home the title! “Bing Bong” jumped out of the gates on fire in the first game and won 21-6. It looked like “Bing Bong” were going to be crowned the champions after the second game but “Set It Off” had other ideas for game two. “Set It Off” changed up their game plan and was able to win the second set 23-21 with their amazing teamwork! It was tied up after two games between these two heavy weights and it all came down to the third and final game. “Bing Bong” took an early lead in the third set with some incredible serves but “Set It Off” came right back with some impressive rallies of their own. “Bing Bong” was able to find a groove late in the third game and won 21-18 to become the champions of Monday Volleyball!
