It was a night of surprises and seriously good volleyball in the Wednesday Intermediate league playoffs, and the underdogs were out to prove a point!
In the semifinals, #1 seed Hits faced off against #4 seed Setsy, but Setsy came in hot and pulled off a clean 2-0 sweep, sending shockwaves through the bracket. On the other side, #2 seed Big Dig Energy showed their strength with a solid 2-0 win over #3 seed Ruckus, setting up a high-stakes final between the #2 and #4 seeds.
The championship match was tight, competitive, and full of epic rallies — but in the end, Setsy dug deep and came out on top with a 2-1 win! Both teams brought the energy, but the underdogs made their mark and took home the gold.
