Top Seed Triumph — Team A Wins Sunday Volleyball!

Our Sunday Intermediate Volleyball season came to an exciting end with every team making it into the playoff bracket for one last shot at the title. The first semifinal saw #1 seed Team A face off against Thpike Tyson, with Team A coming out strong and securing a clean 2-0 victory to advance to the finals.

In the second semifinal, #2 seed The Swinger's Club matched up against Sweaty Balls, with The Swinger's Club holding their ground and also earning a 2-0 win, setting up a championship showdown between the league’s top two teams.

The finals did not disappoint, turning into a true back-and-forth battle. Team A came out hot, dominating the first set with a 21-12 win. But The Swinger's Club wasn’t backing down, adjusting their play and taking the second set 21-15 to force a decisive third game. In the end, Team A proved why they held the top spot all season, finishing strong and claiming the third set to lock in the championship victory.

Congrats to Team A for an impressive playoff run and taking home the title, and shoutout to all the teams for a great, competitive season! We’ll see everyone back on the court soon.

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
