Return to Sender Delivers the Championship!

The Monday night Intermediate/Advanced 4’s league wrapped up in epic fashion at Howe Park! The night started with a pair of semifinals that set the tone for a competitive evening. Top-seeded Butt Soup (1) continued their dominant season with a clean 2–0 sweep over BG Goblin Slayers (4), earning their spot in the championship match. On the other court, Return to Sender (2) faced a tough challenge from Scramblers (3) but held strong, pulling off a 2–1 victory to advance.

That set up the finals everyone wanted to see — a heavyweight showdown between #1 Butt Soup and #2 Return to Sender. The match did not disappoint. Return to Sender came out swinging in the first set, taking it 21–11, but Butt Soup answered right back with a hard-fought 21–19 win to even things up. In the decisive third set, both teams battled point-for-point until Return to Sender managed to edge out a thrilling 21–19 finish to claim the championship!

Huge congrats to Return to Sender, your Monday night Intermediate/Advanced 4’s champs! It was a night full of long rallies, big plays, and great sportsmanship all around.

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
