Best of the Best

The "Cornhooligans" are our latest champion for Thursday Night Cornhole at Sactown Union Brewery after an impressive playoff run. They finished the season with a 7-1-2 record, going nearly unbeaten with the exception of one game.

Throughout the season the "Cornhooligans" took out opponents left and right. Their only loss of the season was against the top team in the league, in a game where "Cornhooligans" lost 3-1. However, after the loss they would go on to finish out the season with three wins and a couple of ties. Eventually they would make it to the playoffs as the #2 seed.

In the first round of the playoffs "Cornhooligans" took out their conterpart "You watch corn?" with a convincing 3-0 win while the top ranked "Cornography" also swept their opponent "The UniCorns" with the same exact score. With the wins, it meant the top two teams for the regular season would duke it out for the league championship.

In the championship game it was all "Cornhooligans" as they got the ultimate revenge for their lone regular season loss of the season. "Cornography" entered the championship having swept their last three games, but this one would be a bit different. Despite the tough matchup, "Cornhooligans" made it look easy against a great opponent en route to their 3-1 win.

Congratulations to "Cornhooligans" on their championship win! We can't wait to see if they can make it two in a row next season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
