Back on Top!

"Team Iceland" is champion on Thursdays once again, returning to the throne as the best team in the league. This latest season as champion saw them go undefeated, posting an impressive 8-0-2 record along with a league high +20 point differential.

Entering the night as the #2 seed "Team Iceland" took on a very tough "Silver Snakes" squad in their first game. Earlier this season "Team Iceland" was able to pick up a 2-1 win, and it would be the same last night. With the win, they were onto the championship.

Immediate after the win the got set to play "Benchwarmers", the #4 seed who pulled off the upset against #1 "Savage Sac" in a narrow 2-1 victory of their own. Despite "Benchwarmers" being new to Thursday nights, the two teams are no strangers. They've faced off countless times on Sundays in some great games and this was no different.

In the championship though "Team Iceland" had their defense ready to go and shut down the "Benchwarmers" offense despite their best efforts. Meanwhile, our eventual champs picked up two goals of their own, ending the game as a 2-0 championship win. Congratulations to "Team Iceland" for getting back to the top of the podium!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
