Softball - Mondays (Late Fall '18)

  Ball Busters

Pure Dominance

The "Ball Busters" are our Monday Softball champion, cruising to an 11-1 win over the "Sacramento RiverBrats" in the league championship. The "Ball Busters" had reached double-digit runs in the past three games so their offense was red-hot entering the game. It didn't disappoint either, reaching that mark once again in the most important game of the season.

All season the "Ball Busters" were the favorite to win it all. In the end they finished the season with an unbeaten 8-0-1 record to go along with a +51 point differential. Their one blemish (if you could call it that) was a 4-4 tie to "The Swingers" midway through the season.

Offense was the key to their success, with "Ball Busters" reaching 9 or more runs seven times this season, all of which resulted in wins. In one game they even managed to put up 16 runs! On average, they put up over 10 runs per game. Simply put, their offense was purely dominant.

Congratulations the "Ball Busters" for the incredible season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit!

In case of a tie in Ranking Points, the following stats are used:
Point Differential, then head to head, then record against Common Opponents.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
